Driving a van is different
Be aware of the dimensions of the van you have hired, it may be higher and wider than what you are used to so take some basic precautions to avoid scraping the sides in a narrow gap or hitting low bridges. Parking may also be more difficult than you are used to, so pay attention when leaving the van anywhere. Always remember to leave space to load and unload between you and other vehicles.

PAYMENTS BY HIRER
g) charges for damage to or repair of the vehicle (subject to the other terms of the Rental Agreement); and any enforcement charges relating to such damage or repairs (including legal costs);
j) the administration fees as specified in the Rental Agreement;

6. Don’t be late
You're going to have a set time and day to turn in the rental van. If you are paying by the day, you may be charged for an additional day for being just one hour late.
If you are charged by the hour, a 10-minute late period may end up costing you an additional hour of rent. Make sure you turn the van in when you agree to do so.
